Scentimental is a premium self-care and fragrance-inspired body care brand dedicated to creating nourishing, high-quality products that combine effective formulations with beautifully crafted scents. Our current product range includes Body Lotions, with additional body care and fragrance products to be introduced over time.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Scentimental does not collect or store your debit card, credit card, or banking information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Surat, Gujarat, India.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • India: 3–8 business days.
  • Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
  • A signature may be required upon delivery. If an alternative person accepts the delivery on your behalf, Scentimental shall not be responsible for any subsequent loss or damage.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or an incorrect item was delivered.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original sealed packaging.
  • If the customer does not like the product after testing the tester send with the product, He/She must request a return from their account profile.
  • A video of the original sealed tube packaging is required from the customer side to proceed with the returns.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved at the warehouse, Scentimental will either:

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method, or
  • Provide a store credit equivalent to the invoiced amount, as applicable.

  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
